A company that is blatantly and openly using Apple technology (multi-touch among many others) Trying to sue the company they are ripping off?

I am not saying Apple invented multi-touch. I AM however saying that Apple legally owns the technology and has made it incredibly popular in the iPhone.
Apple will win this lawsuit and any other HTC brings against them.
While I'm predicting things, I'll bet you HTC settles out of court for the lawsuit Apple is bringing against them.
Apple, however, will allow HTC to make themselves look bad with a judgment against them by going all the way through the court process.
