ITC Agrees to Probe HTC's Patent Claims Against Apple

Today the U.S. International Trade Commission said that it will investigate HTC's patent claims against Apple. Both firms have sued one another, claiming patent infringement. The ITC has already agreed to examine Apple's complaints against HTC. Both HTC and Apple are seeking to ban the other from importing certain products into the U.S.

I am not saying Apple invented multi-touch. I AM however saying that Apple legally owns the technology and has made it incredibly popular in the iPhone.
Apple will win this lawsuit and any other HTC brings against them.
While I'm predicting things, I'll bet you HTC settles out of court for the lawsuit Apple is bringing against them.
Apple, however, will allow HTC to make themselves look bad with a judgment against them by going all the way through the court process.
