New Spec Promises Seamless Roaming Between Wi-Fi and 3G
Cool but........
I don't understand the point of needing to roam from Wi-Fi to 3g. if there is no 3g coverage where you have Wi-Fi then you can't roam, most people use Wi-Fi in lieu of 3g when there is no coverage. If you have 3g coverage then there really is no point to use Wi-Fi, so I just don't see a point.
Providers would prefer you to use WiFi to reduce congestion over their 3g network.
