Their biggest problem...
I don't know what's up with these manufacturers, but they need to learn that just because you have a big name in one thing, doesn't mean it is going to help you in another. Just because you release a smartphone, doesn't mean that people are going to buy it. This can be said for RIM's latest effort as well as Garmin's effort.
Garmin released a crappy smartphone, plain and simple. When most phones were moving to a capacitive touch screen for multi-touch, Garmin used a resistive. The operating system was less than impressive, the body was pretty big, and there were no apps...at least for the NuviPhone. Combine that with a huge price tag and I almost want to know why even Garmin thinks being the phone is a good idea over...any other smartpho...

Frankly I prefer resistive touch, it makes it a lot harder to screw things up....I find I am constantly accidentally hitting the wrong buttons....and typing on a touchscreen is practically impossible for me, if you have to use a stylus, you aren't goi...
