Why does it cost 69.99 for unl talk when this device offers it on the SAME network for 19.99?
Shouldn't vzw bring the price down on the regular cell plans??? What difference does it make if I call from my home or the road, same network same tech??? wth?
I know I could install this in my car but seems like a hassle! Just to get cheap unl calls, use Speakerphone or a headset 🙂

Its like the reason why a 2liter coke is $0.99 but a 20oz is $2. It costs the company slightly more for the larger bottle but charges more for the smaller one for convenience and demand.
It may have something to do with the home phone system only needing to access about 3 towers as opposed to potentially all of the carriers towers. You also didn't factor in that this is essentially an add-a-line. You can't have this without having ano...

Probably the usual taxes and rubbish, which is probably a dollar or two at this price rate.
What other charges are you talking about that Verizon is famous for? The only additional charges I have ever seen are either additional features (ie. texting or web), overages, or service taxes. Those are the exact same charges that any other carrier ...

Better router that doesn't have to be jerry rigged with a router setup with ten thousand ports forwarded and also does not need to be manually power plug rebooted once a day because the internet hiccupped again (thanks COMCAST for not fixing your overloaded router in West Palm that drops packets all the time like you needed to do four YEARS ago) sending the router into an error loop: Check
