Board Condemns LightSquared's GPS Problems
SO WHAT DOES THIS MEANS FOR 4GLTE
If the decision is reversed, does this mean no 4G LTE for us?
by "us"....if you mean Lightsquared, then yes.

How did they not find this problem sooner? I'm guessing they knew all along but hoped they could sneak it through somehow. Or upper management was only looking at dollar signs and not listening to their technical folks who said there was a problems. Or the technical folks didn't raise the issue adequately. Somebody should be fired for this.
