I'm not a fan of it because we only get $2 commission on it. Other prepaid plans pay far more

Is it me or does TMO have way to many freaking different plans. I mean seriously they just rolled out that $30 pre paid plan for Wal-Mart like 2 weeks ago. Add to that the dozen different post paid plans they have and its just super confusing for consumers. I think this is where Sprint has really killed them, you ask most anybody how much Sprint is and most know that its $79.99 for unlimited everything. If the deal doesn't go through with AT&T I'm sure TMO will be gone within a couple years.
Well Sprint does not have unlimited everything for 79.99 (just unlimited to mobile, 450 min to landline, data and text included. I think many sales reps are positioning it as unlimited everything, and customers do not know the difference).

T-Mobile is the company that is in the middle. They have to compete with the likes of Cricket and MetroPCS while also competiting with sprint at&t and verizon. All these plans are necessary for competiting at a high level.
New Plan Coverage
Even with all the new plans and devices, their coverage area is poor, and GSM signal has been severely degraded in a lot of areas, no reception, dropped or missed calls, and their cohort AT&T who is trying to buy them out isn't any better, wake up people!

I also live in North Idaho, and wish the coverage was a little better, but I get great coverage when I need it, traveling. I don't char that I don't get coverage in the mountains near home, because I don't need it then.

You overlooked the best of the new plans ...
There is also now a $30/month plan that allows for 100 talk minutes, unlimited text, and unlimited 4G data (throttled above 5 GB/month). For those of us who use our smartphones heavily for data but don't talk so much, this plan is genius.
The fact that most cell phone companies charge for texting is a rip off since its the least bandwidth usage. This plan really makes better sense.
