🙂 I proactively use BOTH services and although I have been with T-Mobile longer I really don't have a problem with either carrier.

I had some issues with the 5500 and returned it but with my 8100 I am doing ok.

With TMobile I use the t300 AND the 3390 and have not really had many issues there either. Well, when they changed from VStream to TMobile I didn't get a billing statement for about 4-5 mos but I would hardly consider that as a problem.
