What happens to Sprint customers’ coverage? For all of the complaints I hear about Sprint coverage, their basic voice and messaging systems have superb coverage. In fact, many of my Verizon friends who own LTE-only devices have complained about gaps they now experience due to lack of CDMA backfill. I’m wondering if that’s what I’ll be looking at in a few years after this merger has completed.

Moderators, once again, we’ve had major wireless carriers merge into one entity. It’s time to consider placing Sprint and Metro under the T-Mobile Forum. Perhaps it would receive more activity. In addition, there’s Spectrum Mobile that needs to be added to the list of carriers.

I have been a Sprint cell phone customer since Jan 2004 (I checked!). This past year has been a horror in regard to defective cell phone hardware and software. I would love to know what other individuals have experienced with Sprint, as well as to know if I am being too patient with Sprint in regard to a fix for my issues. Also, I hope this might be educational to other Sprint customers - good or bad.

Has anyone else had sprint report an account to the credit bureaus but never had an account with Sprint? It says 11 Sprint...and ERC...and it's for over a thousand dollars reported 07/17. I disputed it with the credit karma thing...but I think that might just be a useless tool because less than a week later it came back and said its my account. I can assure you it is NOT my account. I am not sure what my next step is....ERC says talk to Sprint....Sprint says talk to them. Do I send a request to validate to both? They can't validate I realize...so then what do I do...is there a time frame they have to respond? Im really upset because I have been working so hard to bring my score up...and I did have legitimate dings on my r...

Why Sprint's customer service tells you one thing and the corporate store says another is beyond me. Aren't they supposed to be on the same page? It's beyond frustrating when one tells you can do something, while the other says "no".

Hey everyone. Sprint is doing some dirty biz to me. They claimed I cancelled my 3 lines and they charged my bill 1300. Meanwhile I had to start a claim. The issue is that they turned my service off for non Payment. They want the 1300 even though I have an open case.

So I'm spending around $60 a month for unlimited data with sprint but it seems like metro offers me the same for less. I suppose I could switch to the new sero but is it really worth it?

Just found out the phone upgrade with two year agreement is gone. At least Verizon grandfathered customers in when they eliminated the two year agreement maybe they will take me and my four lines

In August my friend and I, finding 2 a promotion on the radio, insert a Sprint store to purchase their buy one get one free Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge phones on installments. 4 months later after countless hours dealing with customer service and being hung up on repeatedly trying to understand why I was still paying for 2 phones I decided to create a my Sprint account. it was then after looking at the breakdown of my bill I can't understand that I was not signed up to purchase the phones but rather to a lease of the phones in which after 2 years praying on the phones over $1,500 I still would not even own them unless I paid $112 per phone. Otherwise I would have to continue Leasing the phones from them. this was not what I agreed to in the stor...

My husband and I have been with Sprint (we were with Nextel when Sprint purchased the company) for nearly 17 yrs and have had no issues with our cell phones accounts until today. Today my cell phone (LG3) began having issues. We called Sprint and we were on the phone for over an hour with 3 different Reps from other countries. Two Reps we could barely understand, and the third one was completely clueless. We demanded to be sent to a Rep in our country (US). Kim Munday from Charlotte NC was WONDERFUL! She helped us with patience, courtesy, politeness and total respect. Kim solved our issue quickly and we want to let Sprint know they have a great employee! Why can't we surf the web and be on the phone simultaneously? I don't remember the nonsense reason the last rep gave to me, but it's a legitimate question isn't it?

I really hope with the iPhone 7 that this is a thing of the past.

Advice / opinions Please! My daughter is a phone destroyer. They slowly die and get so glitchy they don't work in less than a year. She takes very good care of them and doesn't drop them but they eventually die She has some weird magnetic thing going on (this is the same child I once saw move a compass needle with her finger). Does anybody have any recommendations on a smart phone that runs on the Sprint backbone (she has a kajeet account) that will last? Maybe one that is lead lined? LOL!

Pls need suggestions, bought a phone on ebay and it's locked to sprint. It's rilly stressing to find someone to unlock. Pls help

I recently decided to return to a basic flip phone since I have a laptop and tablet. I chose to carry a Dura XT so that I could rid myself of the burden of carrying two phones. The phone works great; however, Sprint seems to no longer offer the unique DC numbers like before

My work cell has a mobile number (123-456-7890) and a DC (987*65432*10). Now, the PTT option seems to be one number only. When I contacted technical support, no one even knew what I was requesting.

Does anyone know if I can still do this? If so, who at Sprint could help me? I don't want people I work with to have my mobile number and call me all hours of the day.

So...I applied for 2 positions to Sprint. They did not select me for one position, but left the other "Under Review." During the interview (7 days ago), they told me that would call me in about 4 days. It has been 7 days...still no response. On the Sprint site it says that my application is still "Under Review."

I really want the job, but I feel like just giving up on it at this point. If you guys have any insight, please share!! Thanks.

Our business has been using the Nextel side of the Sprint Network for many years. Recently we received written notice from Sprint telling all customers about their plans to discontinue the Nextel side ... due to un-upgradable towers, they gave us a choice of three (3) phones to choose from (such a selection) one of which was the Motorola Admiral a push to talk 3G smart phone the (one) smart phone in the line up ....obviously Sprint must know that all of their Nextel Customers are Neanderthals, incapable of learning how to use a "smart" phone, we're all too busy pounding rocks and living in caves to learn that steep curve ...nonsense!

Now that we're part of the Sprint version of Nextel we've been unhappy with the service, numero...
