I have seen people posting in forums on this website that Sprint has offered to buy potential customers out of their contracts with competitors if they switched to Sprint. Does anyone know if this is true? I was just curious.

I cant see how any company could afford to do that, unless their termination fee is higher that the rest.

The early term fee with Sprint is $150 - in regards to Sprint buying out of contracts they basically are as they are giving up $200 off select phones and in some cases can waive the $36 act fee - what more could you ask for without being downright greedy?

If Sprint is not saving you any money, but provides you with cool or useful tools and features that you like and enjoy: Are those worth $12.50 a month (50 cents a day) ? That's a personal decision of product value versus cost.

Don't let a few bucks a month keep you from having...
