what most people dont realize is that different carriers do not work for everyone. I work in tech support for a cell phone company, and i have a sprint phone (no i do not work for sprint) but it works good for me, i reccomended to my parents and they hated it, because of their area. But also working in tech, a lot of people bitch to me about their phones, and most those people would eb better off with another company, but then i also get a lot of calls that theyre very happy. I also used to sell sprint/alltel/verizon/t-mobile phones, and again like i said you have to find the right one for who is using it, what they need it for, and where they are located. So I cannot recommend one carrier over another. Because trust me, they all have their ...

Why does it suprise anybody that Sprint, ATT, Cingular, Verizon, T-Mobile, TWA, Proctor & Gamble, IBM, Hyatt Hotels, Microsoft, NFL, ABC, CNN, Walmart, General Electric, Home Depot, etc etc etc etc and every other company in America and the world has both knowledgeable and less than educated folks, has both hard working and lazy folks, has both customer focused and lackadaisical folks, has both polite and rude folks????

Anybody out there ever worked for a perfect company? C'mon.

Posts that ride the theme of "Blah Blah carrier stinks because their people are so blah blah....." are a total waste of time in stating the obvious: namely that carrier managed to hire some folks who are just like some of the folks that you and I work with and...

Would you like to try and actually BACK UP this point? If you are so convinced that everyone should stay away from certain carriers, how about telling us why? And none of that "they suck because _____ is better!" Real facts, real numbers. Give us a reason to listen to you.

ok heres e few reasons!! go to consumerreports.org also go to j.d. power.com and if you live in the chicago area go to cbs2chicago.com"The great Cellular Test" then you will see just how much they suck you would be a fool to stay. There are so many better options with other companies including coverage which is the main reason to pick a cell company after all isn't it?

That's not what I asked.

Spouting out websites with poor grammar and one enormous run-on sentence does not inform anyone of anything.

Consumer Reports, JD Power and others don't rate carriers on who "sucks," so I'm fairly certain that those reports don't really say that.

I asked you to explain to us (clearly, logically, and intelligently) why you believe certain carriers are far superior to others. I'm not saying you are right or wrong, or that I am. I'm just asking you to give a reasonable support to your charges, not poorly pointing toward otherwise-credible research.

Coverage, Quality, not having any dropped calls and far superior customer service. Is this intelligent enough for you to understand?

Now you must not be that intelligent if you still have sprint for your service provider WAKE UP!!!!! 😢 😢 😢

Still, it seems you are basing this on nothing but your opinion. There are a few things you should try (with any carrier) before you fly off and accuse them of being a poor provider.
1. Have you traveled anywhere other than the area you are saying is poor coverage? Maybe they are the wrong carrier for your area (is that their fault or yours for choosing them without knowing or researching).
2. Are your settings correct on your p...
