You are going to switch carriers cause you can't text while in the middle of the call? Of all the dumb reasons I've heard to switch, this one definatly takes the cake. Lazy ass.

"meretricious" isn't really the best word for the context.
From Dictionary.com:
adj.
1. Attracting attention in a vulgar manner (see synonym of GAUDY)
2. Plausible but false or insincere; Specious.
3. Of or relating to prostitutes or prostitution
Definition #2 comes closest, but I still don't know that it's entirely accurate. Big words don't always make one intelligent, but using them correctly helps.
And calling them a "simpleton" is just rude, unnecessary, and rather immature.

Have you tried discussing this with a Sprint representative? I don't know, but they may be able to advise you of how to get the results you are looking for. I would recommend, however, that you keep a positive attitude and remain calm and friendly with the rep (or least moreso than you have in these forums).
