You are going to switch carriers cause you can't text while in the middle of the call? Of all the dumb reasons I've heard to switch, this one definatly takes the cake. Lazy ass.

No that's one of the reasons u simpleton. Sprint was and continues to be a subpar carrier. Average of three drop calls per day, horrific CS, outdated plans, meretricious upgrade policy, TEXT MESSAGING, and etc( i could keep going) are some of the reasons. I never had any of my of phone providers (currently with cingular also) had to cut me off because of a past due of $.03( come to find out it was their mishap. I own a business and that is no way u conduct business with loyal long-time customers. Cant blame them w...

if u drop 3 calls a day you need a software update, and in regards to sprints plans if you don't like em your crazy cause verizon is going nuts trying to beat sprints fair and flexables plans. also you should look into adding america to your plan to not only have unlimited roaming for only 5$ but the fact your gettin verizons tower aontop of,sprints is good enough for me. get a sanyo if you dont wanna drop any calls aswell you probally have the vga1000 which isnt the best phone when it comes to service let alone the short mail.

It's called a spending LIMIT for a reason. If you go over it, you get shut off. Doesn't matter if it's 30.00 or .03 you went over. It's not a person who sits there looking at every account, when it goes over it triggers something in the system, and I'm sorry but .03 is over. If you wanted a higher limit, you could have spent another $20 a month for a second line but apparently your business couldn't afford it. The plans are not outdated, who else has something even close to the fair N flexible? Not your current carrier. My brother had cingular and if I remember correctly anytime he was past due, didn't matter how much they shut him off and then charged him a fee to turn it back on. I could be wrong about that since I don't' work th...

meretricious upgrade policy....

"meretricious" isn't really the best word for the context.

From Dictionary.com:
adj.
1. Attracting attention in a vulgar manner (see synonym of GAUDY)

2. Plausible but false or insincere; Specious.

3. Of or relating to prostitutes or prostitution

Definition #2 comes closest, but I still don't know that it's entirely accurate. Big words don't always make one intelligent, but using them correctly helps.

And calling them a "simpleton" is just rude, unnecessary, and rather immature.

Nobody cares what you do, or what degrees you have. Wow you own a barber shop! With such an education I am surprised you are still using name calling as a defense. Also, there are quite a few errors in your "essay" apparently while studying to be a barber you didn't pay too much attention to grammar, I don't have a degree and I know how to write. My response to your post was that you were lazy due to the fact that you didn't want to get off the phone to text message. You didn't mention anything else. I didn't respond to anything else. Then to defend yourself you start calling me names because I can't read your mind and see why you really didn't like sprint. If you don't want people questioning your education then you shouldn't bring...

Why does that make you better than me? Cause you get free haircuts? How do you know that I don't make more money than you? You have no idea how much I make. Money doesnt' make you better anyways. I'm not the "rich boy" on the phone forums complaining about my phone not being able to text message while on a call or that my phone got shut off for .03, if you have and make so much money why can't you keep up w/ your bills?

That was an billing error on their part. It's all about what fits you as a consumer. I did not like the fact that I had to interrupt my conversation to check & reply to a text. For someone that receives about 50 text a day thats a problem. Thats it! For that i was called lazy. I wish i had the chance to be lazy some days. Last time I checked that is name calling. I have conversed with other customers from all the other major carriers and this was not an issue because they had that capability to view text messages during a call. My Attws phone at the time also was able to do the same. Verizon which uses the same technology has that capability. Why is sprint the odd ball? Their focus is elsewhere. Lately it seems like their trying to get at Ci...

Well, if you are so concerned with these issues and how they affect you, then why argue with people on this forum? I'm pretty sure nobody reading these posts has any ability to change any of this. And the fact that, over the past several posts, you've come off to many of us as rude, self-righteous and condescending doesn't help your cause.

Have you tried discussing this with a Sprint representative? I don't know, but they may be able to advise you of how to get the results you are looking for. I would recommend, however, that you keep a positive attitude and remain calm and friendly with the rep (or least moreso than you have in these forums).

Did u read the previous post really? I'm the only one coming off as the negative one. 😕 If im the only one that came off that way , so be it. I was talking about a phone service and why I thought about leaving sprint. I was personally attacked for no reason but guess thats ok. I spoke to sprint about this issue just to be snubbed. I gave up.
