8100 and picture messaging...

Anyone else have to enter a picture password to send a picture on a SPCS Sanyo 8100? I have talked to SPCS several times to no avail. Any suggestions?

try your account password.. if that doesn't work call vision technical support at 877.228.2257 - they can reset your phone so it can attempt to self provision
