Hey all...

I don't normally post in this forum, but I have a question. My friend has a sprint phone which she has had to replace three times for various reasons, the latest reason being that it shuts off on its own. My question is: does sprint have a policy similar to verizon where after three returns of the same phone they will offer you a replacement phone of equal or lesser value? Any input would be very much appreciated.

In english...
Your friend should go to a sprint store and talk to a manager. He/She is the only one that could approve an exchange for another device.

if the phone is randomly powering off on him i would tell him to quit going to 3g for free and sites like that. that is his problem.

just out of curiosity has he been doing that?
