employment with sprint
can anyone give me an opinion on their experience with sprint, ex-employees or current. i have 2yrs wireless experience with another company and just moved. possibly looking at an asst. manager position w/ sprint.

I'm with a third party authorized retail chain called Talk Wireless, so even though we operate a little differently, selling sprint is easy cause it sells itself.
Sprint has a lot of things going for it right now. With being the only company with the lowest deposit rates in the country, i believe it's very easy to sell a phone to basically anyone. (use discretion though. some customers are craaaazzzy! lol.). Our new "Fair and flexible" plans are being sold 95% of the time at new activation so customers really respond well to flexible minutes and price points.
Being on a CDMA network helps our cause because CDMA has been proven to be a little more condense in coverage than a GSM company (even though GSM is global)
