What qualifies for no ETF?

I'm exteremly frustrated with Sprint's billing. They've messed it up just about every other month, requiring me to call in and get it fixed. Does this repeated lack of service qualify for early cancellation with no fee?? Afterall, it's their responsibility to bill me accurately, not for me to take the time to try to decipher their statement and call them to correct it.

Thanks in advance.

First I find it hard to believe that "we" keep messing up your bill every month. I have been working here for over a year and I've never seen a bill constantly getting messed up. Maybe your plan is set up wrong in which case you need to go into a store and find out what is on your plan compared to what you want on your plan. I seriously doubt that Sprint will waive your ETF rather than fix your problem. The only way that gets waive is if you are within your first 14 days or you move to an area w/ no service. What exactly is getting screwed up "every other month?"

I agree. 99% of the time when people are complaining about billing it is because they are constantly changing things on their account and they don't understand proration. If people would just leave their plan alone they would be fine.

The only time I've changed anything on my account was after the two months of free "everything". And, yes, that was messed up and I went into the store and they fixed it.

I've been with Sprint for about 7 months. Once it was the time I mentioned above. Then they didn't apply my automatic bill pay. Once they charged me a bunch of random roaming charges. Once they didn't apply the discount my wife gets for being a public school teacher (which, I must add, I am thankful they give us). Now it seems the auto bill pay is being messed up again somehow, but I'm not sure since I haven't had time to go into a store.

That's at least four times in seven months the bill has been messed up, and I haven't changed anything on the account. Tha...

They did the same thing to me. I HATE SPRINT! They suck major ass. Just call the BBB. in you "resoulution" just say that you cant to cancel with no penalty.

No, not the BBB. 😲 They might shut us down and I could lose my job.
