the picture says tmobile-wholesaler becuase if you look that is the guys name. It's so people can't steal his picture. Also I emailed him and got an ESN number. It verified with Sprint to be able to be activated.

I looked VERY carefully, strained my eyes doing it, and on the boxes themselves, they appear to say Sprint.
