How can I create streaming video and video

For the MM phones I wanna use the MultiMedia portion of my phone but not be forced to PAY for music choice or any of the OTHER channels

Please help me

oh and where could I host these files to stream to my phone???? 🙄 😕

Apple has developed the encoding and the broadcast software. The encoding can be done on a Mac or Windows machine, but the broadcaster will only work on a Mac.

Is there a MAC emulator out there to mimic a MAC to run the software??
