software for samsung mm-a 700

Two question for Sprint CC. First my friend had a Sanyo 8200 and the key pad went out, he went to the Sprint store and they did not have any 8200, so he was told take what we have or nothing, or your warranty will be void. Uh, ok. Is this right? I mean come on. Shouldn't they order it and give him a loaner. This is a business phone so he had to take what they had.

Ok on to the other question anyone know what software, if any, there is for the Samsung MMA-700 to upload/downlaod data to a computer. He has the software for the 8200, which he just bought and know it's no good.

Any help would be much welcome.

about his 8200 it is really hard to say. if he had liquid damage yes he is sol. if it is extrealy abused SOL. however if it is in resonable condition and no liquid damage they should have eather repaired his phone or ordered him a replacement. that is if it was a corperate store. if ti was third party or affilate good luck

now about his key pad if he presses right next to his menue key on the left side of his left arrow key between the camera key and the option key that has a 80$ change of makeing the kley pad functional while he presses there. some times if this is the case it simpy means that the phone needs to be taken apart cleaned and reasembled. (only by an authorized sprint store so it does not void warentee)
