Consumer Reports 2012 Ratings of Wireless Providers
Sprint really kicked booty in Kansas City, but no surprise there ;-)
I was surprised that Boost was not rated at all in the prepaid section. Virgin Mobile was rated, but no mention of Boost anywhere. Especially perplexing given that Boost rates highly in the JD Power surveys, and to my knowledge only Boost has the "Shrinkage" bill-reduction feature for the consistently on-time payers. I am not big of Consumer Reports or JD Powers myself, but glad to see Sprint finally getting some favorable ratings. 🙂
