been really successful lately about having customers call in to account services and paying a small fee to get their upgrades moved up early months ahead

Price of Upgrade Reset buy up is the same as your early termination fee

ive seen them be about 45 and the customer would have an etf of like 120 (i think they were avail for upgrade in Nov 12). but of course adding an upgrade fee (especially with the new price) does jack the price up

Account Services. The buy-ups are typically $5 less than the ETF (based on contract that was applied for previous upgrade so if their contract was renewed for another reason the $5 less rule may not be quite right). Not all customers qualify. 😉
