The question was asking if it was normal for the LiIon type batteries to feel warmer during extended usage than the old-type (NiHy)cellphone batteries. It was simple and fairly general question but their response said to contact Sprint because Sanyo doesn't handle warranty services on their phones. My email never suggested that the phones were defective or that I was making a warranty claim, only that was new to LiIon batteries and unsure if what I was experiencing was normal.
