New Dual-band/Tri-mode pda phone?

Does anyone have any info on any plans for sprint to release a dual-band/tri-mode pda phone? All thats out now is the I500, and it does not fit my needs.

I heard Sprint PCS will be releasing a new Toshiba PDA to replace the Toshiba/Audiovox 2035. Don't know whether it's Single/Dual Band or Tri-Mode.
