My Helio story (and some possible explanations).
This hurt me in three ways.
1- I was buying two phones (Both phones were Drifts) and contracts (Helio doesn't piggy-back phones). The phones were for my wife and I.
2- Helio DOES NOT have free mobile-to-mobile minutes. (90% of our calls are to each other, you can see where that would be bad for us.)
3- The phones DO NOT come with a memory card (at least not from that distributor).

from what i know about helio, (im a dealer and ive gone through the cancellation process before)is they will keep your activation fees, and pro-rate the minuets and data you used. they might refund the calls to your wife... if you really stress the fact that you were miss informed about the mobile to mobile. also, call again and if you get a cs rep say that they will give you a full refund then go with...
