Rebooting if I try to Surf
I've just started having an issue with my new Drift where it reboots whenever I try to surf or download new screens or ring tones, etc. Other operation of the device is normal, calling, texting, etc.
The only changes I made from when it was working fine to when it started rebooting was that I installed the PC Link Pro software and the Media Mover software.
Now, my conclusion is that one of these installations is the issue but I'm just wondering if there is a fix for it or do I need to uninstall/reinstall or just uninstall the above software?

Not sure what was the cause. Called Helio and they did a factory (Hard) reset and that seems to have fixed it. I reinstalled everything I had before and the device is working fine. I did try to sync up my address book from the Helio mail site and it errored out during processing but still updated?
Oh well, I agree and support what Helio is trying to do, so I can live with some bugs here and there.
