well they should hurry this system stinks and they are moving at the speed of snail... which means the small changes they have made i.e. voice mail in the english language is scaring the hell out of the old spanish speaking people, and in turn they call ME!!! 😡 t-mobile needs to step it UP!

Anybody that has worked in a call center will tell you people are ignorant beyond belief. They can't do simple math, take no responsibility for their actions and are in general...helpless babies.
The only way to fix the problem is to clean out the gene pool.
