caller tunes!!
whats up people!!
so i have two questions, first i have a subscription to callertones with a jukebox of callertunes that alternate but lately for the past several days people have been complaining to me that when they call me they dont hear anything, not even the regular ring nor the song and dont know if the call went through or not! 🤭 ...is that do to with my phone? is that a technical problem with my phone?...and the second question is...i have a sidekick and ofcourse i have my email to it....can the sidekick get a virus like a computer...because it download the entire context to my sidekick even some attachment...so, not to sound stupid, but can my sidekick get a virus or trojan horse....cause i do get alot of spam too...

Theoretically I would say yes it is possible for an OS to get a virus. As far as your CallerTunes are concerned, I would call customer care to troubleshoot it. How long since your purchased the songs. Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that they may be over 12 months old, which is when the licenses expire and you have to repurchase them to continue using them. But care should be able to find out exactly what's going on.
