Poor experience with TMobile
Beginning of May I began to have intermittent use of voice service. I called and was told there were technical issues in my area. After a few return calls from me (because no one called me back) someone advised they would send a cell booster. After the booster did not show up I called back, after speaking with a number of reps I was told engineering advised there were issue in the area and they cancelled the ticket for the booster as the booster would not help due to the underlying network issues in the area.
After additional calls by me I was advised that an out of coverage case would be submitted as I still had intermittent voice service. After receiving no response in the time frame I was quoted, I called back. The person I spoke with ...
