After the closing date we're being instructed to treat divested markets as competitors. Once it all goes through we won't be able to activate, upgrade, do bill payments or pretty much anything for those people in divested markets.

I am really excited the Curve is $99.00 after rebates because I have wanted this phone forever. I have read so many good reviews about it. I have been able to upgrade for a couple months now but I haven't because I didn't understand why alltel hadn't lowered their price on the phone when everyone else had. Now they brought out the diamond and maybe the pro. Other than the price getting in the way because they are more than the curve I don't know which one to decide on. I have a Razor right now and so I will be a newbie to the smartphone wold. Any suggestions? 😉

i got the htc diamond as soon as it came out. when i leave my home area i can only get 1x when my other phones are ev alltel switched my phone but same problem. has any one else had this issue or know if it can be fixed. analltel tech said they may have to call engineering. alltel says im the only one to have problem. i find this hard to believe no one else with an alltel phone travels.

Recently a friend of mine purchased an aircard from Alltel. Well a couple months in, never experiencing any problems with service, they turned his service off and ended his contract.
They said he was outside the Alltel area where he was using it. Now I have been informed that this happened to another of my friends that lives in the same area. So my question is, is this normal, I have never seen this happen before and why wouldnt they do that with these ppls cells that they also have with alltel.

The website it told me to go to has been bought out and has no mention of the booster program.

Anyone know where to get it for the Q9C? Ive downloaded a bunch of different versions and they all come back as not being intended for this device. Any help would be appreciated.

I live in Salina, KS (Alltel network) and I was wondering when we will start to see Verizon take over?? My contract is up and I would really like to wait until Verizon takes over I think they have alot better choice of phones. I heard rumor that Verizon is going to let Alltel keep the name and just run them is there any through to that?? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Went into the local Alltel store today and demo'ed the Rhythm and enjoyed it a lot. I would like to reach out to owners of the Rhythm and Glimmer to give me some kind imput to help me make that oh so important choice.

I have been really torn between the two especially now. I have gone side by side comparisons and seen them both live and still am having a hard time to decide.

Just curious because they seem to be cheaper on ebay than other phones mostly because everyone has verizon so there are a ton of phones on there. Moody's Investors Service said Wednesday it has confirmed the "A3" senior unsecured rating of telecommunications company Verizon Communications Inc., affecting about $45 billion worth of long-term debt.
