Phone with LTE Bands 4 (AWS) and 7 (2.6GHz)
I'm looking for a phone that supports both LTE IV and VII. Also supporting 3 and 20 is a bonus.

As far as American phones, there are a couple that come close. The iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c each support bands 3, 4, and 20, among the many others they support. They are about as close as anyone can get to a veritable Swiss Army knife of wireless radios. Band 7 is not commonly supported, and is not supported at all on any phones sold in the US that I am aware of.
