BlackBerry 10

Since an app update my bb z10 gets crash frequently and the phone was running hot. I took out the origianl battery and swapped a spare extended battery I bought from mpj because my phone has a knack of sucking it's batteries dry and over time ruining their capacity, and then turned it back on to find the same thing happen again. I have tried searched around but nothing work. Any help would be appreciated!
