galaxy s5 battery or charger problem?

Phone(Galaxy S5) stopped charging in the car. Both of the standard battery and spare mpj battery are not charging, so is it my car USB port problem? Should I try a new car charger?

well, does the S5 charge anywhere else (wall charger)? if so id say its an issue with your car charger
