V3i picture ID problems Help
Does anyone know how I can see the picture ID of the person calling on the external display of this phone when they call? I have pictures associated with the phone numbers in my address book, but they don't show up when the person calls. What is wrong?

I have the same problem with my brand new v3i. I called Motorola and they weren't too helpful. Told me first to trying taking out the battery, which didn't work. We also tried resetting the phone, which didn't work either. I got Amazon to send me a new one and I'm supposed to get it today. Hopefully it's not a batch issue.
