Does anyone know how I can see the picture ID of the person calling on the external display of this phone when they call? I have pictures associated with the phone numbers in my address book, but they don't show up when the person calls. What is wrong?

I just got a Razr V3 to replace the one I had that broke from TigerDirect. Apparently this is a Hong Kong model. While the instructions that came in the box indicate that there should be an option for Autoupdate of Time and Date, in fact, there is no such option in the menu system of the phone.

I know my carrier (Cingular) supports time and date autoupdate as it worked with my previous V3 Razr (which I purchased from them).

What gives ? any ideas ?

I bought a ringtone off of alltel's website and it was sent to my phone via mms. But it wont show up in my ringtones. Any advice on how to get in the sounds menu?

My motorola razr v3i turns off automatically when the network signal flunctuates. And it doesn't turn back on when there's signal!! i havent heard of other people complaining about this, so i'm guessing i did something wrong with my phone's set-up... help? 😳

I have an older razr (V3G), and need to turn up the volume to a higher level so I can hear on my phone. The ringer volume is fair, and the speaker phone volume is OK, but the speaker in the earpiece is too low.

Supposedly there is a program that can be installed that will increase the volume. Appreciate any help!!!

I have upgraded from the v3 to the v3i. On the v3 it was easy to insert voice dialling then you just push your little button, say the name assigned to the contact and wallah. With the v3i, i can"t even programme a voice name, there appears to be no option to insert it in contacts and my so called little button on this phone gets some mechanical idiot saying "please say a command" followed by "repeat the command" from there i can say a name then the mechanical idiot proceeds to say did you say blah blah blah(what eva name i said) then dials it eventually. Its much quicker if i dial the bloody number. Am i missing something here? or is this a possible fault with the unit. 😈

i just got an email stating that the V3r is supposed to be released 10/31 but i cannot find any info on this phone. does anyone know anything about this phone? HOLLA @ YA BOY!!!

How to do?

I want to get a 2nd battery for my v325. There are a lot of batteries out there, and it's not always clear whether or not they are the size that came with my phone, or one that requires the extended back. I have the SNN5762A battery in the phone. What numbers will fit my phone with the stock door. I suppose knowing what numgers WON'T fit would be helpful as well. Thanks .

I bought an unlocked Razr V3 from ebay which I beleive was made in Germany. I went to the Cingular web site and loaded all the automatic media configurations for MMS and WEB access. Yet I cannot get access to Internet and I keep getting the message "connection unsuccessful, please try again" Can somebody help?

Is Moto every going to come out with an ungrade to this series of phones. My very first phone was the V400 now i got a V557 and i really need a new phone.

I had to get (my second) replacement razr and I'm struggling to reinstall my speed dials (which I really realy on). I've opened the phonebook entries and edited the speed dial entry (which, btw is still there after transferring my sim card). Regardless of whether I save the speed dial to the sim card or the phone, I get a "no stored number" message when I try to use the speed dial. I've tried re-entering a new phone book entry, using a 100* extension in front of the number and saving to the sim card, and saving the straight number to the phone. No luck. Any thoughts?

Heres the deal... I think my girlfriend is cheating on me. I want to know before I break up with her, weve been together for over two years and I don't want to be wrong.

Is there any way I can have a copy of the texts she sends sent to my phone as well? I can't put up with not knowing anymore.

1- you cant do vibrate and ring
2-they have the dumbest and hardest to use menus
3- they have stupid chargers that never work and are always breaking
4- they have slow menus and not enough memory!!!

I have had my Razor for about 8 months and have really never had any problems with it. I have changed different things on it, have prog. to access settings that you really shouldnt be able to access, ect. But over all never really had a problem until about 1 week ago. It displays a message on the flip screen saying "my messages are full", and on the outside screen displays "inbox full", but these messages are just not true. Does anyone know what is going on? If so how get this to stop? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Is there any non-glare replacement keypads or any sort of soft laminate that I can adhere to my keypad to cut the glare from the shiny aluminum?
