I think you definitely should if the device works well. I'd bought this handset in may 2010. The screen use to freeze once in a while, but since yesterday it is stuck on the same screen. No matter what you do, I took the batteries out tried rebooting the phone but still the same result. More over the HTC folks have a lousy policy and customer service. When I called them up today the lady over the phone first had me run couple of reset steps but the device didn't budge, any way after being on the phone for 1/2 hour she transferred me to the another department. Here the guy was more interested in taking my credit card details than to learn about the problem. Anyways he tried to reassure me that mighty HTC may not charge my card if they will fi...

OK Vz, I've been a loyal customer since '95. I suffered through the iphone crap ad nausem (my own brother got one for crying out loud) but this phone WOW. I would seriously consider jumping ship for if it doesn't come in CDMA. I'm currently struggling with the S1, wondering if I really want another BB device when I saw this. OMG. Beautiful, elegant, functional and none of the crApple stuff to put up with.

Who's got the scoop on this phone? positives and negatives.

I want to say they are Verizon phones but not sure only because during the dunk contest they ran a segment were you could text to pick a winner for the slam dunk contest and they showed several times a basic flip phone with a verizon logo and then would show the motorola droid then you would see this beautiful blue Htc phone sported by 3 random people but didnt show their faces?

Question! I have a friend with a HTC Touch Pro 2, and sometimes when she views her text messages theyre very nicely layed out, and the page layout looks very smooth and nice. But sometimes when she views them the layout looks like something for AOL instant messenger, or something, and is nowhere near as nice. Could anyone tell me either what were doing wrong, or how to view the messages so that theyre always in the nicer format?

The phone is new to her and we just cant seem to figure it out, ive read all three manuals that were listed on the HTC website, and cant seem to find a solution.

No success tethering Imagio to laptop because Verizonwireless has not released a version of VZAccessManager for this phone and laptops running Windows 7.

Any work around??

actually it's my problem, but how do i put the pictures on my camera onto my memory card. I have it set to do that, but it's not doing it.

Can u use skype on the HTC touchpro 2?

I just heard about this phn from HTC called the tattoo. It sounds like it is going to be a great phn. HTC also said that it's and android phn for everyone (meaning it will be on the low end of the price scale). I just wander when it will come to the US and which carrier it will be under. I hope T-MO.

I am looking for a windows based phone that does an excellent job of syncing folders and files with Outlook. Specifically I would like to take a voice note and have it show up in NOTES within the Outlook folders, or better yet, have a voice note/memo converted into text and show up as a text note within Outlook. Currently my Blackberry has to use Media manager to look at voice files (simply a media sound file) and even then I have to open and then browse the folders much like using Explore... on Windows to open and listen to the notes. This is very cumbersome.

Anyone doing this currently?

Anybody used on yet, yes I have an iPhone and looking to replace but feel I've been spoiled with the touchscreen on the device, so not to open a can of worms but how does it match up? Please tell me it's not anoyo g like the fuze and u don't need a pen totouch anything.... I hate stylus favored touchscreens

Whenever I get a picture message, the phone says one is coming in, there's notification that it's delivered but then it doesn't download until about ten minutes later. Is there a setting I need to adjust get it faster? Thanks for any info...

Many of you don't know me but for me to be in this forum is a big thing. Normally a Nokia Fan Boy, i'm exciited as a kid in a candy store about the HTC Hero, comming out later this month. if you have the money I strongly suggest this phone. especially if your with T Mobile and are even considering wasting your time with the My Touch. I'm curious though as to your opinions out there in the celphone world. what do you think of the Heros hype and stats?

With the net a buzz with new phones for HTC, & no new news on them here. Here we are days away (if you believe the press releases) and here on what was suppossed to be the place with the newest information, & no spec's, notes, or release in for on the Touch Pro 2 or Touch Diamond 2, what they can do, or the networks it will be on. I seen a few months ago the FFC approval of the HTC Touch Pro 2, but it was pulled off of here as quickly as it appeared.
