Does anyone know if the Blueant V1 bluetooth and the HTC touch work well together ? I really like the blue ant v1 bluetooth but i have read reviews that it doesnt work can anyone give any feed back ... thank you

I picked up a Touch Pro at BestBuy yesterday. It was a really great deal at 299.99 less a 20% discount under my reward zone account ('til 11/1/2008 - out the door for $240 +tax and no mail in rebate. BestBuy had 8 phones shipped to each store the sales rep told me.

PROS: Looks like a nice replacement for my Mogul and has many new applications which were missing from the Mogul. JetCET 5 is added so you can network print; YouTube capability has been added and the Opera browser is nice except it won't work with at some of my secure financial sites. The GPS works well and I added Google Maps for Mobile 6 and a few other Windows apps.

CONS: The touch interface is not as well done as the iPhone and sometimes is slow to respond but still work...

Which carrier gets this phone

😕 I have a HTC MDA handset, my cuz gave it to me. I'm now in Jamaica and I got it unlock to all carriers here. The thing is that I'm trying to browse using Wi-Fi connections and each time i connect to any wireless service, it fails. I get as far as to go on the web page but to log in or go further on the website it fails. I need help. Msn doesnt work either. I trying to get the settings for the Gprs from the carriers the phone is on now. I was wondering if i format the handset and run all the softwares back on it if it will make a difference. I think the settings in the phone is still in T-Mobile. What yall think i can do ,even though my phone is old. 😢

I have an HTC 5800 and am basically very pleased with it.

Last week for some reason the phone re-set itself (it crashed and announced that it needed to restart) after powering it on in the morning.

I re synced it with my computer (it renamed the partnership, annoying but, oh well) and I was on may way. Reinstalled some favorite applications (Live Search, Pocket Stars, Sudoku, MSNBC Mobile and Syncdata SmartphoneNotes)all to the memory card and went on my way.

Last night while downloading email (only three days at a time, less than 100 messages total) the phone announced that it was low on memory; only about 0.25 MB out of 44.05 MB. I was able to delete some Internet files and regain another 1.75 MB but cannot find what is...

The only thing I got out of our rep, whom I have never personally met, is that HTC is going to launch an UMA capable phone sometime this year.

Does anyone have better info than that?

Does anyone know when it will be out for sprint? And, how much it will be?

I receive my emails from my insight account, when I click on an email that has an attachment I get a message telling me to get entire message and attachments,
when I click on it I get another message saying message and attachments will download the next time I connect and receive emails.

That never happens.
