1)- can iPaq Glisten run from AC adapter if battery is out of the phone?
what is the minimum m.amps the AC adapter must provide? (the original charger might provide just enough m.amps to slowly charge the phone, not really run it?)
2)- if not without a battery present in the unit, can iPaq Glisten run from AC adapter if the battery in the phone is totally depleted?
3)- Also, is there an external battery charger for this model, where you could charge a 2nd battery for instance?

I just received a HW6515a as a gift, I only got the phone and the charger with it. Now my question is if Is this phone bilded in wi-fi, do I need any other equipment to connect to my router, or how can I connect to the internet without paying a fee?
