I have the XTE Z716BL and calls from my home landline go directly to voicemail. Any other call comes through with no problem. Have trying reset on home phone, contacted ZTE and Tracfone with no help. Any suggestions.

I HAVE A ZTE LG PHONE. I HAVE SOME APPS ON THE PHONE. ANYWAYS I'M TRYING TO PUT IN A CODE FOR VIRTUAL FAMILIES TWO. WHEN THE KEYPAD POPS UP. IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE IT TO NUMBERS. TODAY IT WILL ONLY LET ME TYPE IN THREE LETTERS. THE APP COMPANY SAID I SHOULD TAKE THE PHONE TO GET IT CHECKED. HOW EVER THE KEYBOARD POP UP FOR EMAIL AND THE WEB. BUT IT WON'T WORK FOR THIS ONE APP. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO FIX IT?

My android phone was broken ,just want to buy a new one .I searched smartphone from Aliexpress , I found ZTE Blade S6 and Elephone P8000 both on sale at GoTopSmartphone store due to shopping festival ,To be honestly , from the appearance ,I like ZTE Blade S6 ,the white color ,more slim and someone said it is similar to iphone.But from the capacity,Elephone looks better .I don’t know which one is the best for me .Is there anyone who has experience with the 2 smartphones ,please give me some advice ,any suggestions will be appreciated.Thank you.

I have a zte zmax 790 you could not find the sd card if your life depended on it. I went to back to metro pcs and they told me not to worry about it now everthing I download goes to interact storing, loading up my phone .Can some help me understand this , all my other phones gave me a choise interact or sd card

I my mic is broken on my new ZTE ZMAX because when I place or receive a call the person on the other end can only hear me when I have it on speaker phone. And then they say they still can barely hear me.... Please help

Is there a way to transfer my contacts from lg840 using Bluetooth to my zte valet.

I have a new ZTE tracfon. Bottom line is that it will not sync my calendar nor contacts from our outlook (Verizon) acct. The manuals only share how to make an event entry in the calendar. Tracpon Chat couldn't find an answer so sent me on to tech support Tech support didn't have a clue.
I have absolutely no problems getting email, have never gotten an error message....my phone says that my Verizon account is active and my gmail account.
I have hit sync calendar in every place I can find.
The tech at Tracfon said that I had to enter every event and contact manually into my new phone (?!?!?) That calendar (which is full, btw) syncs nicely on my desk top, on my IPAD and on my IPOD. Why not my ZTE. Can anyone help?? PLEASE?!?!?

Currently I am using an extended battery just to be safe. I ordered it online from mpj for a try when I bought the phone. Thought my original case of ZTE Avail no longer fits, but it actually slim as the stock. Battery life wasnt good at first, much better after several full recharge cycles (is manage to last around 2 hrs longer). My only problem for now is that the original case is a little brittle right by the volume and power buttons:/
