syncing calendar and contacts
I have a new ZTE tracfon. Bottom line is that it will not sync my calendar nor contacts from our outlook (Verizon) acct. The manuals only share how to make an event entry in the calendar. Tracpon Chat couldn't find an answer so sent me on to tech support Tech support didn't have a clue.
I have absolutely no problems getting email, have never gotten an error message....my phone says that my Verizon account is active and my gmail account.
I have hit sync calendar in every place I can find.
The tech at Tracfon said that I had to enter every event and contact manually into my new phone (?!?!?) That calendar (which is full, btw) syncs nicely on my desk top, on my IPAD and on my IPOD. Why not my ZTE. Can anyone help?? PLEASE?!?!?

it may not be compatible since it is syncing with other devices and able to pull it up with no issue
so you may have to enter them in yourself
