If you are looking for a fix for the clock....
Go to the motorola website for the Rizr, just google motorola rizr and the product page has a link to downloadable software updates. Download that install on your computer and link the phone to the computer with a USB or Bluetooth and the software willl recognize it and check for updates and then install the update for you.
The update will fix the clock and activate the screens feature among other things.

hey prettypink, i have T-mobile and i'm still having the same trouble. I got my phone off eBay. Ponyperformance as clellig said can you please procide the link because i was not able to find it either. I thought i was the only one with this problem but its good to know that i'm not.
