Sounds like a nice CDMA phone but details are fuzzy - for example Samsung says this phone is an XM satellite receiver. The one review already posted points to software issues at this time also. Hope to see this on USCC some day soon.

That is very misleading they way they say that.
All Samsung means is that the U520 works with Alltel's streaming media services, which include XM content. It's an Alltel service that works over EVDO, not an actual XM receiver in the phone.

Well it made it to USCC finally (my post was in January!)
So is this a decent phone with good reception and camera or should I wait for the new Motos? USCC wants $150 bucks with discounts for it. seems high- what are you Altell guys paying for this now??
