music on my trace
I am able to put the files onto my sd card but they will not play on the phones music player and I keep getting an error unsupported file. Not sure if this is because I have itunes and itunes is my default music player on my cp or what. I don't think that would make a difference. The files still is labeled mp3. Can anyone out there help me?

The problem with this is that when you use itunes, if it is a song that was purchased, it is not an mp3, it is an mp4. The samsung doesn't support mp4 files. There is also another extension, that I can't think of off the top of my head. You have to use mp3 files only. Hope this helps.
