Can't Load MP3s Data kit will not work with Phone
I bought This phone for my fiance and we ordered the data kit with software and usb cable to down load music. (we orfdered through tmob) well we had it a day and it will pick up the phone but i can not use any of the software functions. any body else had this problem?

I can use the software connecting thru wireless bluetooth just fine. I downloaded the software from Samsung and it tranfers files to the phone wirelessly. I bought a usb bluetooh adapter at walmart 24.99. I have some other issues with the software but it does not interfere with any of the file transfers.

Well we call tmob they could not help so they referred us to Samsung. At Samsung i went through 3 levels of tech support to find out that "the correct software has not been released by Samsung to Tmob. And that the data kit i ordered was not right and i should return it and buy Samsungs kit for 89.99 I thought that was rediculous. The rep gave me the CD info and it was the same as what i ordered from tmob. So the rep told me the USB cable was different. but that makes no sence it reads my phone. Well i hung up With Samsung and played with the software and found an upgrade option in the tool bar. So i down loaded the upgrade and poof everything is great i can now use the software.
