Please Help

I have been trying download games videos etc on my dash but nothing seems to work,it keeps telling this cannot be viewed on this cannot device, and fax if anyone knows where to get free games I would really appreciate it thank you

You can only install .cab files directly on the dash. Everything else needs to be installed on your computer.
