Is the Touch Strip for the Volume flawed or is mine broken?
The volume control works very poorly. I have to slam my hand to get the volume screen to atleast appear, and it is impossible to actually lower the volume to under 50%

I was reading in some review that you need to adjust sensitivity to improve response (apparently there is a way to do it..)

I get it now. If you want to lower the volume, you have to pull your thumb down from the bottom half of the strip, and if you want to higher it, you have raise your thumb from the top half
...
ya it took me a while to learn it too, but i just have mine set for while im on the phone, takes a while to learn this phone but it really is a great phone!
