Has anyone gotten this to work with the Slingbox. I am having trouble connecting to it.

wow, i was going to make topic asking how well it works with Slingbox. I'll be interested in hearing the opinions as well. This reason alone may make me want to pick up the data plan.

wow i didnt even know this was out! i know they had something like this for Sony and the playstation psp but not for a general all around satellite tv to a mobile device/computer. This is great, i emailed slingbox and a version of the player is coming out for Mac's in a week which is awesome, and for the dash he estimates a couple weeks to 2 months...so itll be out im hoping by christmas!!! Wow....watching TV while in class...haha couldnt get any better...

Ok. The Dash is supported. YOu just have to change the aspect ratio in the tools to a smaller resolution. When you get sling box connected, you can then easily switch it back to full screen. When you close the program, it defaults back to your orginal setting. This makes it really user friendly.

wow really how do u know? i emailed them and said it doesnt work? I want the tuner box for the satellite tv (not HD)....how do i work it with my dash?

it works u just gotta tweak the setting until they get an update for the dash, you have to start viewing with AUDIO ONLY then when u hear audio turn it back to normal...it will not work fullscreen tho (yet)..until they get the updates im gonna assume in the next couple weeks. Other than that i hear its jsut a problem with the security settings in the phone itself which a friend of mine is trying to resolve...ill update you guys
