Motorola i880 / i885

I have had this phone for only a couple of months and now when I open my phone the is no backlight to see whats on the screen. If you hold at an angle that light can shine on it you can still see everything. I went into settings and display and everything is turned on. The outer backlight still works when the phone is closed. 😕
