Voice Tags
Hello,
I am seeing a problem when trying to attach a voice tag to the contacts. I make the voice tag, save it, but then the phone dumps it. I manage a Nextel store, and opened 5 new phones, all do the same thing.
Has anyone experienced this? I opened a Service Request with Moto. They have not heard of the issue. I've tried it with the customer's SIM card as well as mine.

I had no problems with voice tags; attached two contacts, cycled power, and they remain.
This is from the I880 Manual:
If you remove your SIM card and use it with
another phone, or use another SIM card with your
phone, the following information is erased:
Ӣ The recent calls list
Ӣ Call forwarding settings
Ӣ Net alerts
Ӣ MMS messages
Ӣ Options set using the MMS Setup menu
Ӣ Information stored in Memo
Ӣ Pictures, video, and audio recordings accessible
through the Media Center that are saved in your
phone’s memory, except those that are forward
locked. (If you have a memory card inserted in
your phone, no items saved to the memory card
are erased.)
Ӣ 3 most recent GPS Enabled locations
Ӣ Voice records
Ӣ Voice...

Ok. It's not from removing the SIM card though. I run a Nextel store, and have 15 years electronics background so I'm not an idiot.
