with a price like 349 with a two year contract, that means it'll retail for $499.00 - $599.00.

Are there any major differences? Can someone direct me to a site that has a "history" of blackberry phones and features?

I want a BB, but I don't need the LATEST and GREATEST! BUT, I did look at the 7250 and thought it was too little. The Pearl and the new World ones are too much!

Can the Gmail APP be downloaded onto the 8703e like it can be on the Blackberry 8830? I have the Moto Q and am constantly having problems with the wireless sync and getting my email. If I can download the Gmail APP on the 8703e, I can then bypass Verizon's wireless sync entirely and eliminate the problem. I would go ahead and get the 8830, however, I do not like the keyboard on it. Does anyone have experience with this?

My boss came to me with this today, so I'm posing the question to you:

He basically wants to know when his boss is emailing or calling. He seems to think there's a way to set the BB so that, even if it's in off/standby mode, it will power back up and ring if a certain person calls or sends an email.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
If not, what other options can I tell him, so he doesn't miss a call from his boss, even if he's in silent mode in a meeting (without having to pull out his vibrating phone every time any random person calls or emails)

just got the blackberry 8703e today was browsing myspace and when looking at a friends pics i clicked on the the number 2 to go to the next page to see there pictures and the phone said ( javaScript: An error occurred while executing a script) im totally lost on what to do somebody please help me

Does anybody have Google Maps working on their 8703? Mine just keeps downloading data with a blank screen when I open it (after it is downloaded and installed).

Okay so I am looking into buying either the Moto Q or the BlackBerry 8703e and I need a little help.

I am a first time PDA user and I am completely lost on which phone would be best for me.

I need something durable. I text A LOT. I also love using BlueTooth! I like both of these phones but cannot decide which would be better.

Hey everyone i was wondering what everyone thought about the black berry8703e or the Treo700p.

I was curious to see whick phone people that was better.

Haven't seen much of a variety anywhere.
Love the Naztech Sport cases but have yet to be able to receive the correct fit for the phone.

Just one more question - do we know how to take icons off of the front screen? I could do this easily with my last Blackberry but can't find it here on the 8703e.

I've never used GPS on a phone before and am interested in the BB because of it. Do I need to get third party software to use it? I know Sprint has a plan for $10/month or something like that that I need to have, but what else do I need? Thanks.

How can I get the 8703e with VZ to auto update to the current time zone? Currently I have to go into settings and do it manually... seems kinda stupid.

I just purchased a Blackberry 8703 a couple of days ago. I love the features, but have had several complainants about static and background noise. It is clear on my end but the other end is always noisy. My work environment can be noisy. Evidently, this phone is picking up all the noise in the background???? Is this possible? Any advice?

Are there any new BlackBerry's coming out soon?
Do BlackBerry Messages count towards text messages?
Are texts sent from VZW users to another VZW user count towards your monthly total?
Finally, any way to get ringtones?

if i check my email on my computer before i check it on my BB, will i still be able to see it on my BB?
