As with all things Verizon, the arrival of my bb 8703e came with the usual problems of software not working - can transfer my address book from my old blackberry 7250 - and nobody in tech support knows what to do, I went to the store and was told somewhat arrogantly that their conversion software was not in yet.

Verizon has a terrific network but the worst customer support I have ever experienced. This goes back through 3 Treo's that never worked, several regular phones and an earlier BlackBerry that was great after Verizon tech support passed me over to the RIM people. 😢

What do you mean the software doesn't work? Switching blackberries is the easiest of all phone transitions. You sync your 7250 and then hook up the 8703 and it will dump all of your contacts from outlook.
